My soul purpose is to teach, encourage and inspire humans to trust their own power.  What I have discovered through chiropractic and nutrition is too amazing to keep quiet.  Every day in practice I witness miracles, hope and lives changing.  My calling is to share this power and lead others to choose this lifestyle.

Growing up, like most people, I was used to the approach of medicine to handle any symptom.  Not until taking a position as a chiropractic assistant did I realize that finding the CAUSE of the symptoms was the wisest approach.  My symptoms (migraines and IBS) were handled within 4 months of removing interference to my “power of life” (nervous system)  and making changes in my lifestyle, specifically my diet.  Today, (over 16years later) I remain symptom free and in optimal health.  This major change in my health and increased quality of life propelled me into studying the nervous system in depth and obtaining a Doctorate in Chiropractic.  I also bring to my practice a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition which contribute to my passion of Wellness for all people.  I am very grateful for discovering my true passions, chiropractic and nutrition, and for the ability and knowledge to help heal, educate and empower the people of our community on their innate abilities to be well.

In my practice I choose not to chase symptoms or “treat” anything, rather I respect that you are the best doctor in our relationship. Together we look to identify what is in the way of you healing you.  The healing comes from within you, I am here to help you recognize, trust and embrace that.
